Can I change my Nickname?
Your Nickname cannot be changed after it has been registered, so please choose your Nickname carefully .
How do I change my password?
Changing your password is easy! Just select "Change Password" from the "Account" menu. You’ll be asked to confirm your current password along with your new password.

What is VenicePass?
VeniceStar.com offers you the possibility to expand the security of your account.
You can activate Venicepass after you open an account on www.venicestar.com. After you will be logged, you can click on "My Account" and choose Venice Pass tab.
Activating Venicepass service at any login you will receive a PIN code by SMS directly to your mobile phone or by email, to insertused along with your Password to log in to your VeniceStar.com account. SOFTWARE
I try to download the poker room but I see the message "download interrupted". Why?
Could be a temporary problem on your connection, do not close the download window, which will pick up only in a few seconds.
How do I start playing at the tables?
Playing on our site is easy! Just select a table with a buy-in that you're comfortable with and double-click it. Next, pick an empty seat, and you'll be dealt in on the action before you know it!
What can I do if the table where I want to play at is full?
If your favorite table is full, you can join the waiting list by clicking "join Waiting List" . You can see how long the list is in the "Waiting List" section of the "Players Window". When a seat becomes available, a popup window will appear giving you the option to join the table, wait, or leave. You have 60 seconds to join the table before your seat is offered to the next player in line.
How do I leave notes about other players?
To leave a reminder about another player, simply click on the note on your chat screen to bring up "Player Notes" then you can save notes to the player. Your notes will appear whenever you move your cursor over the player’s avatar. This is an excellent way to track playing styles of other players you encounter at the tables!
How do I resize the tables?
You can click and drag any corner of a table to adjust it to your preferred size. Tables can be resized to a minimum of 480x347 pixels, or stretched to cover your entire screen.
How do I change my avatar?
Simply select "Change Avatar" from the "Account" menu to choose from our variety of avatars.
What happens if I get disconnected?
The software allows a reconnection time of 30 sec. , After which the player is automatically placed in sit-out.
Can anyone see my cards, alter the software or invade my privacy?
No, no one can see the cards in real time, nor the administrators, no one can alter the software, no one can invade your privacy in any way.
