Venicestar operates as an intermediary of Vittoriosa Gaming Limited

Sportalnet Ltd. is a Malta-based company with its registered office in 192, Old Bakery Street, VLT08 Valletta. Its registration number, allocated on February 15th 2005, is C 35668. Sportalnet Ltd was awarded a Class 4 license numbered LGA/CL4/199/2005 for offering Casino Games dated 19/01/2010. Sportalnet Ltd also holds a Class 4 provisional license, numbered LGA/CL4/511/2008 for operating a poker platform dated 23/03/2010. These licenses are issued by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta and are also regulated by the said authority (www.lga.org.mt).

Vittoriosa Gaming Ltd is a company registered on the 24th January, 2001 under the laws of Malta; Registration number: C27613; registered address: 25, Strait Street, Valletta. Vittoriosa Gaming Ltd is operating its casino games under license numbered LGA/CL1/172/2004 and its poker games under provisional license number LGA/CL3/511/2008 both dated 23/03/2010awarded by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta and is also regulated by them (www.lga.org.mt)

The "Terms and Conditions" and "Rules" apply to Vittoriosa Gaming Ltd and Sportalnet Ltd (hereinafter both companies are referred to as 'Casino di Venezia') and their registered Account Holders and constitute and govern the contractual relationship between the Account Holder and the said Companies, as stated herein. The Account Holder hereby acknowledges and accepts the exclusive validity of such Terms and Conditions and Rules.

In the case of any dispute between the English language version of the terms and conditions and versions in other languages, the English language version shall prevail.

It is recommended that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and the Games rules for your records and store them in an easily accessible place.

Account Rules
These Terms and Conditions are subject to alterations. Any possible alteration will be displayed to the Account Holder by a visible notice in the web site. All content published in the web site supposes its acceptance by the Account Holder as an integral part of our regulations.

Only persons of legal age, and in any case not less than 18 years old, can log in the portal and operate in it.

Estonian Account Holders should be over 21 years of age.

Residents of Malta, USA or residents in jurisdictions that prohibit online gambling cannot register as Account Holders with Casino di Venezia.

The Account Holders of Casino di Venezia agree to abide by these terms and conditions at all times, and also confirm that they are:
• not acting in the interests of any third party;
• not utilising multiple accounts that are linked to single IP's.
• not utilising multiple accounts per household.
• not utilising funds originating from any criminal activity or activities;
• not utilising bank accounts, debit cards, credit card/s they are not authorised to use;
• not going to attempt to hack the website or, to alter its code in any way;
• not going to take part or organise any criminal actions against Casino di Venezia, its affiliates, and its Account Holders.

All Accounts will automatically be enrolled in our mailing list through which periodical newsletters and promotional emails are sent. Should you wish to unsubscribe, please contact support by email.

Using Casinò di Venezia services you can suffer losses of money as a result of your bets placed, and the Account Holder accepts that he is the only person responsible for incurring any losses.

The Account Holder must submit the correct information during his registration. The Account Holder also agrees to update this information should there be any changes to their personal data provided during registration. Changes to their personal details are to be notified immediately to Casino di Venezia support including new validation documents.




A deposit account is necessary to play with Casinò di Venezia.

If a bet/s is placed or a hand is played using the username and password of an Account Holder it will be considered to have been made by that Account Holder and therefore to be accepted and valid. Account Holders are therefore advised to create strong passwords using different characters and of not less than 6 characters in length (e.g. oki/098). Account Holders are also advised to keep their passwords secret and to not write it down anywhere.

Casino di Venezia reserves the right to accept or deny a request for opening a deposit account. It also reserves the right to request information from authorised agencies in order to verify the data correctness and reliability.

Casino di Venezia has the right to examine and confirm the identity of its Account Holders., Casino di Venezia requires that the documentation proving the Account Holder's identity is forwarded to its offices prior to any deposit. Failure to comply with this requirement on the part of the account-holder will oblige Casino di Venezia to lock the account until receipt of the aforementioned documents. Examples of documentation requested could be certified copies of photo ids, bank statements, references, last utility bill, credit cards (with the last 4 digits only visible) etc…

If an Account Holder's account remains inactive for a period of 30 months or more, Casino di Venezia is obliged to report such accounts to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, in accordance with the Remote Gaming Regulations. Casino di Venezia may be asked to transfer any outstanding balances to the care of the Authority.

Illegal underage Account Holder's will be immediately suspended and reported to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, any funds pertaining to such an account will be shall be forfeited to the Remote Gaming Authority.

Casino di Venezia reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which Casino di Venezia, in their sole discretion deems to be abusive, Casino di Venezia reserves the right to close the Account Holder's account and withold funds pending further investigations.

It is the responsibility of the Account Holder to verify that when opening an account and conducting business with Casino di Venezia they are not breaking any laws in their jurisdiction. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the account holder to determine if winnings derived from gambling activity is taxable in his jurisdiction. We encourage Account Holders to research relevant laws and regulations in their country to determine if they are liable to pay any taxes whatsoever.

You can effect a "Pay in" and/or "Pay out" only from the Portal Account. Account Holders can move funds from the main account of the Portal to the sections of Casino, Poker, Sportsbook or Exchange using the Inter-account function.

The acceptance of an interaccount transfer or pay out request is dependent on the availability of funds in your account. If the transactions are erroneously processed, even though the Account Holder has not got enough funds, the transaction will be cancelled or paid in proportion to the real available amount.

Account Holders' funds are placed in a 'Client Account' held at a reputable bank where the balance is constantly controlled by the Gaming Authority in Malta.

Only the Account Holder knows his Password and, as a consequence, he is the only one who takes the full responsibility for its incorrect or fraudulent use. If the Account Holder looses his Password he can contact the Account Holder Service who will provide him with a temporary one by e-mail or over the phone. Once the Account Holder logs in with the new password into the portal he should immediately change it to a personalised one.

If transactions are processed by third parties who know the Password they will be considered valid.

Casino di Venezia reserves the right to close an Account Holder's account at any moment without giving any explanation.

In the event of an Account Holder not respecting one or more of the rules as mentioned, Casino di Venezia will close the account and confiscate any available funds. Furthermore Casino di Venezia reserves the right to charge any processing fees to the Account Holder.

Deposits, Transfers and Withdrawals

Account Holders can credit their account choosing one of the following payment methods:

- Credit Card (VISA and MASTERCARD);

- Prepaid Card (VISA Electron);

- Internet Banking e.g. NETeller,Moneybookers;

- Bank Transfer;

- any other payment method authorized by the Maltese Authority Gaming.

The Account Holder can withdraw money from his Account choosing one of the following methods:

- Bank Transfer;

- NETeller, Moneybookers;

- Credit Card

The name on the credit card or the bank transfer should be identical to that of the Account Holder receiving the funds. If this is not the case the deposit will be rejected and the funds paid back. Any charges levied by the banks/payment gateways will be deducted from the reversed amount.

When depositing by credit card your credit card account will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction.

It is also suggested that you print all transaction data and keep it readily accessible for your own records.

Any funds deposited must be utilised for the placing of bets. All transactions are monitored for money laundering activities and any suspicious activity on an account could lead to the Account Holder being reported to the relevant authorities and freezing of the funds and could also lead to the closure of the account and confiscation of the funds.

The Refund Policy of Casino di Venezia is to not to effect any refunds. However, it remains at management's discretion to determine whether a refund request for a deposit made should be entertained.

Refunds will only be done through the same deposit method once the origination of funds and account is verified. A refund can take place seven days after the deposit was made.

Promotions/Bonuses can from time to time be placed into the Account Holder's account as part of a sales promotion/marketing campaign. These promotions/bonuses cannot be withdrawn/paid-out but must be used for the placing of bets. A promotion/bonus must be used within two months of it being placed in to the account or else it will be withdrawn. Promotions/Bonus campaigns will have different rules that can be found in the Promotions/Bonus section which are to be followed by Account Holders.

Funds cannot be transferred from the account of one Account Holder to the account of another Account Holder.

An Account Holder can at any time log in to his account and view a statement of his account which would show all transactions effected on that account, namely deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets and withdrawals. Should the Account Holder notice any mistakes he should notify Customer Care Service immediately so that the mistake can be rectified. The Account Holders should report such a mistake within 90 days from when the mistake first appeared on the statement available on the website.

At any time, the Account Holder can decide to withdraw part or all of his funds from his account by selecting from the various options made available by Casino di Venezia. Depending on the currency and on the chosen withdrawal option, certain transaction fees may apply. All bank or payment processor fees will be borne by the Account Holder. Once all the available funds have been withdrawn, the Account Holder has the right to close his Casino di Venezia account if he/she wishes to do so.

Account Holders must not treat Casino di Venezia as a financial institution. No interest is paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount, held in the Account Holder's account.

Casino di Venezia will do its utmost to process any withdrawal requests within 3-5 working days from receipt of such request.

Bank transfers might take longer to be processed by the banks in some locations.

The Account Holder acknowledges that Casino di Venezia may only entertain withdrawal requests once it is satisfied about the Account Holder's identity.

In order to guarantee the highest secure standards to our Account Holders all our financial transactions on the portal Casino di Venezia are processed over a secure connection using Secure Socket Layer(SSL).

Fees and charges of "Pay in" and "Pay out" will be charged to the Account Holder according to the Payments Section.

Payments by Credit or Debit Cards will be accepted only if the Credit Card Holder is the same as the Account Holder.

In order to "Enable" your Credit Card our Account Holder Service has to register and validate it.

In order to enable your Credit Card, and have the chance to use it for the first time with our Portal, you have to send a copy of your Identity Card or passport and both sides copy of your Credit Card to our Account Holder Service. All the financial transactions processed with Casino di Venezia are processed by Sportalnet Ltd of 192, Old Bakery Street, VLT08 Valletta, Malta, and the charge will appear on your statement as CASINOVENEZIA.COM

In the case of Credit Card deposits Casino di Venezia reserves the right to cancel the bets and refund the stakes if the Account-Holder engages in betting activities before providing the requested documentation.

Any mistakes concerning the bank credits must be immediately notified to Casino di Venezia so that the required adjustments may be made immediately.

All the winnings coming from an invalid deposit will be annulled.

Account Holders that register through an certain agent or affiliate and do NOT want to permit those any transactions from and in their account, must send us a request with this matter at office@venicestar.com with player username and the subject: "Lock my affiliate in-out transactions"

Venice Pass

For added security and integrity of our poker network and player database, Casino di Venezia requires Account Holders to use the Venice Pass security feature so that they can make use of all the deposit methods available. General Betting Rules

Sports Betting General Rules

A bet can only be placed via Internet by a registered Account Holder.

A bet can only be placed by an Account Holder if he has sufficient funds in his account with Casino di Venezia.

The bet, once submitted, will be governed by the version of Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the bet being accepted.

A bet is deemed to have been placed as soon as confirmation of the acceptance of the betting offer is received from Casino di Venezia.

The Account Holder affirms that at the time he placed a bet or bets he had no knowledge as to the outcome of the respective events. Bets on events in which the Account Holder is directly involved or has access to insider information are not allowed. Where there is a suspicion of a violation of this rule, Casino di Venezia retains the right to void the bet and refuse to pay out winnings. It also retains the right to take any further action to protect its legitimate interests and to comply with other laws and regulations.

Casino di Venezia retains the right to decline to accept bets without providing any reasons.

The minimum stake is 1 Euro

The maximum stake is 10000 Euro

In the case of combination bets, the minimum stake per row in the betslip is 1 Euro The list of all the bets, their status and details are available to the Account Holder on the website when he logs in to his account.

Casino di Venezia retains the right to limit the amounts staked by its Account Holders on certain markets and from certain locations.

Casino di Venezia retains the right to declare all bets on an event or events invalid if they emanate from a group of Account Holders who appear to have had knowledge of the outcome of such event/s and acted together to take advantage of such knowledge - e.g. syndicated betting.

When a bet is declared invalid or void, this will be calculated at odds of 1.00. The Account Holders will be paid back the amount placed on the bet. In the case of combination bets, the invalid result will not be included in the calculation of the (total) odds.

Apart from live betting, any bet concluded after the start of the event becomes invalid and the bet will be calculated at an odd of 1.00.

Should Casino di Venezia decide to close an Account Holder's account, bets which have already been placed and accepted will not be voided and the Account Holder will be paid any winnings. This applies only to accounts on which a bonus has never been claimed. For accounts which have received a bonus, please refer to Account Rules and to the Bonus Terms and Conditions. A bet which has been placed and accepted cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled. A mistake regarding the details of a bet or bets will not influence the validity of the bet. If the event on which the bet has been placed is incorrect then this will automatically void the bet.

Casino di Venezia endeavours to make no mistakes during the odds publication; if any mistake is inadvertently done Casino di Venezia reserve the right to modify the odds even once the event has finished. An "error" is a material mistake about odd inserting or exchanging; Casino di Venezia's decision will be also judged by the other web companies' opinions and odds.

Casino di Venezia reserves the right to cancel and void repeat bets, which contain the same selection. That means Account Holders who place the same bets more than once, risk having these bets revoked.

Casino di Venezia reserves the rights to refuse the whole or part of any bet and to make ambiguous bets void.

When the Account Holder places a bet/s he acknowledges that he has read and understood in full all of the terms and conditions and game rules regarding the bets offered by Casino di Venezia as stated on the website.

Casino di Venezia manages the Account Holder's account, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proved otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are not subject to any dispute.

The Account Holder is fully responsible for the betting orders placed, over the Internet. Casino di Venezia will never question the Account Holder about the relevance of the bets they wish to place and will not be held responsible for the possible mistakes that could have been made during the placing of such bets, including mistakes regarding the placed amounts.

Results are the ones achieved on the grounds, track, field or on the podium. Possible theoretical results, gained by disciplinary, sport justice or ordinary actions, will not be taken into consideration. In case of "illicit sport", Casino di Venezia reserves itself the right to stop the winnings or to not pay them.

All the dates and the hours of the betting matches published on the web site are approximate; in order to correct any bets these dates and hours are taken from the competent organizations and authorities.

Winnings on bets with Fixed Odds are calculated by the multiplication of the amount placed by the pre-determined odds.

Bets erroneously accepted after the event has started will be considered void; if the event belongs to a multiAccount Holder bet its selection will be considered void.

Winnings will be paid into the Account Holder's account after the final result is confirmed. Any later amendment to the result, e.g. disciplinary procedures (doping) or intervention by ruling bodies have no influence on the result. However, Casino di Venezia reserves the right to set aside any winnings should there be investigations into an event as a result of a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result of the event. If the irregularity is confirmed then Casino di Venezia retains the right to void any related bets.

A bet is declared void if an event is cancelled or abandoned and no final result is declared within 24 hours. The following limits apply on winnings per Account Holder:

• The maximum winning is 25000 Euro

• The maximum winning allowed for a combo bet is 1000 times the played amount with a maximum payment of 50.000

Casino di Venezia retains the right to reduce the amount wagered by an Account Holder if the above limits will be surpassed should the Account Holder prove successful with his bet. The difference between the original amount wagered by the Account Holders and the amount revised by Casino di Venezia will be paid back into his account.

Should Casino di Venezia become aware that an Account Holder has placed a number of bets from different accounts he has irregularly opened, and then the above limits will be applied across all accounts. Casino di Venezia retains the right to take further action as deemed necessary.

Account Holders may apply for higher limits and written agreements can be reached to increase these limits. If bets, which exceed the stated limits, are erroneously accepted, the excess amount will be disregarded and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the Account Holders.

Casino di Venezia retains the right to reduce the limits on any event at any time.

Account Holders may also set their own limits on the amounts they permit themselves to bet on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The limits can be set after the Account Holder contacts Casino di Venezia by email on cs@casinodivenezia.com.mt . Account Holder can remove her/his limits by sending an email tocs@casinodivenezia.com. The limits will be removed (or reduced) 7 days after the Account Holder submits the request. Requests to further restrict these limits will take place immediately.

Account Holders may also lock their accounts if they no longer wish to place bets.

Account Holders would have to contact Casino di Venezia to unlock their account and not before a period of seven days would have passed from the locking time of the account.

Further rules can be found in the section Rules > Casino which form part of the general Terms and Conditions and are to be followed by Account Holders.

Casino and Poker Rules

Bets are only valid if they have an ID (Identification Code). In case of dispute, the files and records of Casino di Venezia will be considered the only valid proof.

It will not be Casino di Venezia 's responsibility if the Internet or the browser do not work correctly.

Casino di Venezia advises Account Holders to use the portal only when using fast and reliable internet connections (Adsl or Optical Fibre).

In the MultiAccount Holder and Live versions, bets are only valid once "Bet Confirmed" or similar message is received.

In the case of Virtual Games you acknowledge that our random number generator will determine the outcome of the games played on the Poker Room and Casino and you accept the outcomes of all such games. You further agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on the Software and the game server, the result that appears on the game server will prevail and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the Poker Room or Casino games and related gaming activity.

Once you place a bet you have to validate it by clicking on the "Send" button. After this operation you will be not able to modify or cancel it anymore.

The minimum and maximum amounts allowed for bets are the ones indicated on the chosen table.

In the Live version the results of the games are read by optical readers; if they will not work well, the game in progress is void and this decision cannot be challenged.

In the Live Roulette, if the ball spins out of the wheel, all bets will be confirmed and the ball thrown again.

If a system error occurs while placing a bet, the bet will be considered valid or invalid according to the error occurred. If it is an error of your system, we will anyway get the request of your bet that will be considered as valid. You can check all your bets in the Bets List of your Account Holder Account once you will log in our portal again. If it will be our system to terminate the connection, thus not having validated your bet request, the bet will be considered void.

If there should be any lack of conformity between the Live Results, the ones displayed in the window directly in live streaming from Casinò di Venezia in Malta, and the ones displayed by the software, the valid result will be the one displayed by the Live Streaming.

The minimum and maximum stakes vary according to each game. For more info please refere to the rules section provided for each game.

Live games are streamed within the Central European time zone.

Software Download Conditions.

The Software is owned and is the exclusive property of Casino di Venezia. The Software and accompanying documentation which have been licensed to us are proprietary products of Casino di Venezia and protected throughout the world by copyright law. Your use of the Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Software. This Agreement applies only to the grant of the licence to use the Software.

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, conditions, undertakings or representations, express or implied, statutory or otherwise. We hereby exclude all implied terms, conditions and warranties (including any of merchantability, satisfactory quality and fitness for any particular purpose). We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements.

We do not warrant that the Software will be non-infringing or that the operation of the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted or that any defects in the Software will be corrected, or that the Software or the servers are virus-free. In the event of communications or system errors occurring in connection with the settlement of accounts or other features or components of the Software neither us nor our Software provider will be liable to you or to any third party for any costs, expenses, losses or claims arising resulting from such errors. We further reserve the right in the event of such errors to remove all relevant games from the Software and the website and take any other action to correct such errors.

You hereby acknowledge that it is not in our control how the Software is used by you. You load and use the Software at your own risk and in no event shall we be liable to you for any direct, consequential, incidental or special damage or loss of any kind.

The Software may include confidential information which is secret and valuable to us. you are not entitled to use or disclose that confidential information other than strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Other Terms

Cancellations

Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we will suspend or terminate your account or cancel any unmatched bets at our absolute discretion if:

(i) we suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using our Exchange;

(ii) we suspect you are breaching any term of this agreement;

(iii) we suspect you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business.

Irrespective of whether we suspend or terminate an account and notwithstanding any other provisions in these terms and conditions, we may decide to cancel and void any outstanding or matched bets at our absolute discretion where (i) there is a technological failure, or (ii) you or another Account Holder with whom you have bet have breached any terms and conditions in this agreement.

You may not accept any offer for a bet or acceptance of a bet that results in your reserved balance exceeding the lesser of your Available balance.

In the event that we inadvertently process an offer for a bet or the acceptance of a bet in an amount outside the applicable thresholds, such bet will nevertheless stand and be subject to the other terms of this agreement.

Nature of bets.

You acknowledge that all bets placed on the Exchange by you are actually a combination of one or more fixed odds bets. The exact combination of odds is shown in the betting slip.

You accept that you consider yourself to be adequately informed of your possible exposure by the details given on the betting slip.

You accept that any amounts lost by you under any bet should not under any circumstances be recoverable from Casino di Venezia.

We suggest that Account Holders DO NOT use the 'Remember Password' feature of their browser software and that Account Holders keep their computer's anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall software updated regularly to prevent damage to their systems and their data being stolen.

Liability

Casino di Venezia is only liable for gross negligence or deliberate actions carried out by its management, employees or vicarious agents.

Casino di Venezia is not responsible for the services, pages or contents of websites to which links may be provided from time to time from the Casino di Venezia website.

Casino di Venezia is not responsible for any consequences resulting from major incidents such as any strike, terrorist activities, political crisis, war, and saturation of the telecommunication networks, natural catastrophe; which could lead to a total or partial reduction, to the access to its services, on Internet or by phone.

Casino di Venezia is not to be held responsible for the consequences caused by the breakdown of any device or software, directly managed or outsourced, which could lead to a total or partial reduction in access to its Services, via Internet or by phone.

In the event of any mistake or negligent act from Casino di Venezia's part, in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the compensation available to the Account Holder would never be any higher than the available funds on the Account Holder's account or the amount of the bets involved in the mistake or negligent act.

Should one or more term or condition of this agreement be declared void by a recognised Court of Justice, then the remaining Terms & Conditions would retain their validity.

These Terms & Conditions represent the whole of the agreement between Casino di Venezia and the Account Holder, and replace any previous written or verbal agreement, communicated by Casino di Venezia.

Casino di Venezia does not accept any liability whatsoever for damage to a Account Holder or a third party which arises directly or indirectly from a mistake, misprint, malfunction of software on the Casino di Venezia website or that of any of its affiliates and/or partners.

Rules

Rules are an extension to the Terms and Conditions. Each game will have different rules that can be found in the Rules section which are to be followed by Account Holders.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2001 of the Laws of Malta Vittoriosa Gaming Ltd and Sportalnet Ltd have notified the Commissioner for Data Protection that they processing personal data.

Casino di Venezia will only process your personal data for the purposes for which it collected it, namely to provide you with an online betting service.

Casino di Venezia does not normally share your data with any other parties outside Casino di Venezia; however, at times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for the public interest.

You have a right to access your data and request it to be changed, deleted at no cost to yourself.

You also have a right to stop receiving marketing information. You may do this by just informing Account Holder Service that you no longer wish to receive such information.

Complaints

Casino di Venezia will endeavour to make a Account Holder's experience with us an enjoyable one. However, there may be occasions where a Account Holder may feel dissatisfied with the quality of our product/s or of our Account Holder service. A Account Holder may raise a complaint by sending an email to our Account Holder Service at support@Casino di Venezia.com. We will endeavour to tackle complaints within 48 hours of receipt.

Should you not be satisfied with the way your complaint was resolved or handled you may escalate directly to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta by sending them an email on complaints@lga.org.mt

It is important that only complaints of a serious nature are escalated to the Authority.
